Thanks for the comment, I was kinda wondering about that, but still wonder why they'd even take the time to send me the certified letter. Like I say, in the papers that seem important, I have no idea what it means, ha ha.

I got the same thing back in 2000. It's worthless. Here's the list of people they have done this too over the years...

Is there a return address on the package? If so, go on the web and find some web pages that are all in Swahili, or Farsi, print them out, stuff them in an official-looking envelope and mail them back to the Germans.

And include this in the envelope: use babelfish to translate into German the fact that you just put THEM on a list.
