if it's ccbill's issue, i would think xclusive would be happy to help clear things up. their reasonable phone response would have been something like
"sorry, i can't focus on this as i'm driving right now. can you give me a call at 11 am tomorrow? we'll go through everything together then to find the problem."
rather than making rude statements and hanging up. call me crazy but i don't take the rude statements/hanging up thing followed by the not being allowed to talk to them except through a lawyer thing as a show of good will.
