    xlabor Blog Design - Drama and Scandal!!

    Well okay not much of a drama or scandal but I am a little pissed. I posted a while back for some WP themes. xLabor responded and after chewing it over I ordered one of their blog themes last Sunday and payed my $49 bucks. It is now Friday and not a peep or any sign of my blog theme.

    Now I was not expecting anything on Sunday or even Monday but its now Friday and not even an ackowledgment of my emails. Even tried ICQ but they vanished as soon as I popped the question.

    Heck if its going to be late then I can live with that (I won't even mention the fast response bit) just tell me! If you need more info or I fucked the order somehow then drop me a line and let me know!

    Its a shame because I really want the theme

    Anyone else have dealings with xLabor?

      if its not a custom order, you should have got the themes instantly. If I remember it right, I received it right away. Did you check your spam folder?

              I just ordered one last week and got it the next day so I am sure it is an oversite or a lost email

                  After further checking, it seems that the server ip xlabor.com is hosted was in fact black listed for spam on the 2nd. It is cleared now but your e-mail filters probably saw this blacklist and put the e-mail from xlabor on your spam box.



                  All this is speculation of course.

                      I'll be honest and also think that its just a grade A screw up somewhere along the line. I guess what is really ticking me off is that I chased via email yesterday and no response. If I had a reply saying well whatever - its lost, who are you, received no order etc then ok I can send them details of what I did, when I paid etc

                      But no response at all ticks me off!

                      And yes checked spam and it was I guess custom as I asked for the header/title to be changed which I don't really need but asked for at the last minute.

                                          For what it's worth they've been quick as hell for me. They even checked out, and helped me fix my own fuck ups when I messed with the theme.
                                          This sounds out of the norm for them.
