Anything with tons of curry in it (with a side of Naan). I'm easy to keep amused.
When I was in SFBA, I worked with a couple of great Indian guys who explained that pretty much all we had was the trickled-down shit. I made the mistake of letting Suresh order something. I am white as it gets, tried indian food for the first time last year after 21 years on this planet. And I fukin love it, what do I like best? I like that garlic naan bread, tandoori chicken, that disgusting spinach barf looking stuff, bosmati rice. There is lots of good stuff to be had, everytime I get something new I am pleasently surprised...Comment

I have not met the Indian food I didn't like, or that didn't like me. I usually order the Vegetarian Thali (Combo Plate), pile a bit of everything on my basmati rice, and use my naan to scoop it up with my hands (eating Indian food with silverware is sacrilage
). Every Indian meal for me MUST include the following:
a Mango Lassi (yogurt shake)
Vegetable Samosas with plenty of the cilantro and sweet sauces
Muttar Panner (peas and cheese)
Dhal Makhini (lentil soup)
Several servings of Naan - plain, butter, or garlic - it's all good.
I'm also a fan of Malai Kofta (veggie balls in cream sauce), Bhindi Masala (Okra curry), anything with Channa (garbanzo beans/chickpeas), and while I do like the meats (Tandoori Chicken and Indian Lamb), I never find them as satisfying or consistently good as the vegetarian dishes.

My favourite curry is probably the Persian Pathia but sit me down with chicken or cheese pakora, veggie and chicken samosas, onion bhaji, peshwari naan, kashmiri naan, hell any naan, bombay aloo, punjabi aloo, palak paneer, chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Korma, chicken Dopiaza, Khadi chicken, butter chicken, Madras, Phaal, and on and on.... Body odor you might have but strangely enough, the spices in the curry actually help my digestive system set itself right.
I adore Chicken Tandoori! I get is as much as I can. Goat meat curry is yummy. And those large breads as large as the Indian subcontinent, I eat them addictively: are they the papadoms?
I also loooooooooooooooove kulfi. That homemade ice cream with pistachio and condensed milk, really makes my day! Oh those honey balls too. Expensive but oh so nice and tasty!

I eat Indian food once a week. Luckily I have a nice Indian restaurant nearby that is mostly frequented by Indian people, so I'm inclined to think it has to be fairly close to the real deal. Very good eatin', but probably not very healthy due to all the cream sauces and ghee.Comment

I love allllll indian foods! Although Chicken Tikka Masala is not really indian but rather British, I still love it. I get it on a hang over day xxxhot and it puts my system on over drive! It's like lighting fire on my intestines. After a painful hour or so later
