Best hawaii island for couples?

Depends what you want to do. If you're looking for a romantic spot to spend a lot of relaxing time and non crowded beaches you might to try Maui or Kauai. If you're looking for a place with night life, lots of restaurants and more tourist things to do, then go for Oahu (Waikiki).

Personally, I love the island of Komoniwannaleiya. Or Yawannalikmidiki works too.

Seriously though, I would do Maui or Kauai if you want a romantic type. Oahu if you want all the touristy things to do. I know it sounds kinda lame, but I was amazed at the Zoo. Snorkeling Hanauma Bay was pretty cool too. You have to get there early though, because they only let a certain number of people in per day, which makes it that much better.

im confused.. whats difference between their mainland and island.. like if im flyin there il get a flight to Honolulu, then i would have to find a way to get to the island?? isnt there anything to do in honolulu

Lanai..totally spelling it wrong but extremely romantic...or go to Big Island..one side of the island is the driest spot in NA, the other is the wettest..ha. Also they have the only green sand beach in the entire world..it's absolutely stunning. Go to Kona Inn and Jameson's for the best sunsets and stuffed lobster ono fish. It RULES. Big Island also has a lot of stuff to do...not that much golf, but amazing beaches everywhere, and the sightseeing is out of this world.
