    ounique.com - did they steal money from you too?

    well, paid them for some content on the 31st of August and never received a download link

    All my emails went unanswered, I left 2 messages on ICQ, tried calling the number in the US just now - "I'm sorry that we're unable to take your call right now blah blah blah..." altough these are their office hours...


    Fucking sad, I've purchased from them before, and I thought that they were quite big and solid...

      sent them another email, if I don't get a reply or my content in the next 24 hours I'll post on as many message boards as I can

              yeah, it's not that much money - I paid for 11 sets but wating 8 days for them ????? and getting no replies on ICQ, email or phone - screw that

                  I've never had a real problem with Onique.. Last time I bought some content was April I think... At the time, I was having a problem sometimes when I'd click on a link to get the content email sent to me and some wouldn't show up. It never took me more than 2, 3 at the most tries before an email showed up.

                          well, I think I've bought two times with them before with CC - no problem whatsoever, now I paid by epassporte but I emailed them beforehand and my email was answered

                          paid on the 31st - still no content, no reply to emails, no reply on ICQ, and even nobody on the phone ????????

                          I'm really getting pissed off - if you can't process the order in 24 to 48 hours max, please let me know or give me my money back
