further explanation...

basically, instead of just purchasing content from other content providers, we've enlisted ladies who are willing to sign a waiver and upload ALL their stuff, pics, videos, etc so ALL content is original.... we went with a proft sharing model instead of a "pay for content"(1 or 2 times). We thought it would be better to have more original content from amateurs AND provide paying members with the interactive experience of the site, with chat, etc... modeled like a "MySpace" ...

Sorry if that's not clear... but does that make sense?

that's a pretty normal thing for solo girls from what i understand.. my numbers are dated by many years but last i heard they expect at least a 30% cut.

Good idea and it can bring success.
IMHO, you must do anything with graphics at your site. Too many bugs with aspect ratio and colored marks at the photos looks not clear, because they contain nontransparency fields. Also, some personal free pages for each model will be helpfull. Try to do all navigation at your site possible without JavaScript and popup windows. Many surfers disable it and have firewalls with this filters. For these surfers your site will not work and you'll lose these possible customers.

Those deals just about always seem ultra-fair at the beginning and end in tears and recriminations at the end.
