    A guy runs a stop sign and a cop stops him
    Cop: drivers license please
    Guy: why?
    Cop: because you ran a stop sign, now, drivers license please
    Guy: but i slowed down and i didn't see anybody coming
    Cop: well, you had to stop completely..... now, drivers license PLEASE!
    Guy: what is the difference?
    Cop: the difference is your car has to be completelly stopped! Now, DRIVERS LICENSE PLEASE!!!
    Guy: i'll give you my drivers license if you can show me the difference
    Cop: ok, get out of your car

    The cop starts to beat the driver down and when he is down he keeps beating him for a few minutes and asks:

    Should i stop or slow down?
