From day one I have had nothing but problems with these guy's.
I applyed for a Visa electron card from them on July 10th. They sent me a card that had an experation date of 08/06 the same month I got it, that was the end of July. The operator told me he would have another one sent out. I never recieved anything. I had to ask Christy at the internext show in Florida. She called them and said that nothing had been done about this matter at all and that there was NO electron card on it's way. She told me she would have one UPS to me the day I get back from Florida. She did just that and I recieved the card on August 14th. That card did not work either. They told me some story about it not working because the other one was cancelled and that this card would not work until Sept. 1st. As you can imagine I was pretty pist, by then I had over $1,400 gathered from affiliates. They said they would wire the money to me free of charge right away. That took almost a week for me to get that, then they didn't send me the correct amount. They were $87.00 short, after fighting with them for over a week they finally gave me that money, after I sent them a statement from my bank showing they had not payed me the money. Now I still had money building up in my account, almost $2,000 or so. So I went to move over $600 into my bank account. That was on August 21st, today is Sept 5th and that money has still not appeared in my account, when you send it it say's it should take 5 to 7 business day's. Sept. 1st showed up and guess what? you guessed it!!! my Visa electron card did not work. I had to call Faye on her cell phone to get that to work. Now after almost 2 months I can finally withdraw some money but my $600 is still missing. I have not recieved any phone calls from Faye, the CFO or CEO regarding this matter (as I left several messages with Faye stating that I wanted to talk to them)
I don't like to bash companies on a public message board, but this has gotten way out of hand and I think if you are dealing with epassporte or are thinking about it you should really be careful about what they do with your money. I understand people make mistakes but man this has been one mistake after another, and it still not resovled after 2 months.
