If I had a quarter for every letter I got from a lawyer..... Seems to me that if you're gonna take the time to bitch about spam email, you prolly don't have a ton of resources to lose. My opinion is that the lawyers fees on this one exceed any possible loss to PussyCash.

BTW, did the attorneys review and approve of your post? Did they spell check it?

I'll add my two cents. I was doing some tests before on various dating sites, and I just logged back in after 4 months to check out datinggold's one and there are two notes I'd make.

1) There is not one single email in there from ANYONE or ANY site other than from the one I opted in and accepted

However

2) In a 4 month period it received 267 of these bullshit'a member sent you an email. Now, I guess everyone knows by now that all the dating sites (at least the ones convert) just about do this but it is a bit excessive.

I mean I signed up on an account that is a male without a pic and no real information, yet I received 267 people (some of the hottest girls around I might add) interested in me, and sending messages like this:

"Would you be interested in meeting this weekend. If you don't have anything planned of course. I was reading through your profile and you sound pretty interesting so I thought I would leave you a message. Me and a couple of my girlfriends are going out so if your interested message me back and let me know. Hope to hear from you soon. See ya."

Kind of takes it from a bit of creative marketing, to a complete scam. Here's the proof:

I can't comment on this particular incident , but Dating Gold was started with extremely aggressive email spamming using every dirty trick in the book, as well as using totally fake female profiles. Worse than any other dating site IMHO...

Allen is total scum in my book, so why would you expect any sort ethical behavior from a company like this?
