Your signup form sucks. If I dont put my phone number in, it just refreshes the page and dosent tell me whats wrong. You also dont indicate what feilds are required. Poor error handling/UI.

Same with your login screen. If I try to login before clicking the link in the e-mail to activate my account, it dosent say that my account isnt active, it just refreshes.

don't think I would ever use a auction site to sell my gfy sig, I can just say "my sig for sale" here in the main forum and have someone buy it within 30 minutes for the price I wanted

or I can set a 12 day auction on an auction site and start it at $1 and hope that the creator of the site is placing ads on the forum in question so that the amount of buyers on the auction site is substantial...LOL...yeah, right

spacedog, when do you plan on placing top banner ads on gfy for this site so that the traffic is there and quality of buyers is higher?

I'm giving away free listings.. give me some time here.. I've just got the thing up & running.. I'm working on it.. as far as your hopes of selling for what you want , you can control minimum bid, increment amounts & reserve price..

anyway, I'll be actively working on it.. Right now I am working on banners & a 120x60 to put in my own sig on all the boards, not just this one..

btw, is it ok with you that I beta test & work out shit before going all out gung ho style..

well, i wanted it to operate as a legit auction, but that's not going to work too well if people list shit then want to cancel listings or sell off auction at same time, so, alot of people could end up pissy & I don't want to be the one they're pissed at.. I thought about it & figured this could end up too much of a babysitting project..

Yup... plus in the long run it wouldn't be worth it. 100 domain broker sites and only a handful that are worth anything. A few sig selling sites and they all suck.

Not really directed towards you but.. You're not going to get rich with a youtube clone, ebay clone, milliondollarhomepage clone.. infact if you have to say "clone" you're wasting money. /noob note
