I agree. Seems to me like all of them are hurting.
I've driven nothing but Fords since 1995. Seven Mustangs, an Escape, an Explorer, and a few others. Not that I like Fords or anything; I like Mustangs and I like to buy from one dealer. Trust me, when you buy two new cars every year the dealership remembers you.
All of this time and I've had one problem; The alternator cable went out on my current Mustang ( which I purchased used anyhow ). It was covered, and I got my 20k tune up done for free.
Everyone talks crap about American cars. On the
JD Powers auto website on their main page they have a list of the top five vans based on dependablity. Four out of five are American. The comments about the poor quality are based on perception, not fact.
