Getting a Payoneer card

Hi all,

Following some posts about how to get a free Payoneer card from Friend Finder (and others) I wanted to post about it.

I truly appreciate everybody?s interest to have a Payoneer card and we at Payoneer want to serve everyone who can get a card, after all this is our business.

However, to clarify the issue and prevent a wasted effort I want to explain one important thing, you can only get a Payoneer card from one of our long list of partners, like Friend Finder mentioned in this post, however for the card to be active and for you to be able to use it you need at least one partner payment (usually 2 payments) to the card, you will not be able to load the card from any different sources until you get at least 1-2 partner payments.

I hope this clarifies the issue and you?re welcome to ask me question so I can further clarify.

2. How many personal documets do you require to verify card?

3. How long does it take to get the card in teh mail?

Hey Tomer,

I have two payoneer cards, one from Elance and one from 2Checkout

is it possible to put both of those accounts into one, so I don't have two logins? I know the cards have to remain seperate, but I noticed a drop down in the payoneer admin, which leads me to believe I could have used the same email for both cards and had one admin instead of two logins

Hi, here are the answers:

1 - We don't freeze accounts, and you can easily have more than 5K

2 - You are required to enter some information during registration, we don't require additional documents unless we have a reason to believe something is wrong and we want to verify the info.

3 - really depends on your local post service, depending to where you live it can be 1-3 weeks.

Hi,

each Payoneer card has it's own account and you can not access both of them from the same admin.

if you refer to my previous question, Tomer states that you can't have more than one card in each account, but yet there is a drop down for more than one card, so I am confused

Why do you charge $15 to take out $500 at an ATM when Assport charges only $3? That's outrageous.

that is weird, I don't think they charge me anything to take money from the ATM

they charge to load, but when I hit the ATM I just get the fees that whatever ATM i go to takes out, usually $1.50-$4

How do you get a payoneer card for personal use? All my affiliate accounts are under my company name and I'm interested in getting a card for personal use which isn't as simple as joining AFF or another program and requesting one.

Payoneer.com has been down since Friday and their rep is nowhere to be seen, if miraciously you do manage to get a card and use an ATM outside the US they will hit you with a 3 PERCENT fee. Wonder whay is AFF the only dating sponsor using them

Payoneer is not down for me.

We have loaded between $20k and $30k to individual payoneer cards in the last year without any major issues, and indeed when one of our studios had a problem at an ATM in the Philippines, with that ATM not paying out but still charging, Payoneer acted quickly to resolve it for them.

Yes the outside USA ATM fees could be a little lower to make it more attractive, but at the end of the day, its a convenience, and if you want people to stay in business, you have to let them have a business model that makes them money.

Well Payoneer is really starting to piss me off and I don't even use them. I tried to pay someone who uses Payoneer and they sent me an email that the transaction went through.

Your credit card payment for $100.00 was approved by our processor.

Your Payment Reference Number is: 543102

We will load $100.00 (minus any applicable fees) on the requested Payoneer card within 24-48 hours and notify the cardholder by e-mail that their card has been loaded.

Then, the person I sent the money to said payoneer's security dept rejected the transaction. That was Feb 20th. Payoneer didn't even have the courtesy to notify me. I called Payoneer and they said they authorized my funds to be returned in 3 to 5 biz days. I waited - No Money.

On Feb 28th I called again. They said they sent it. I called my CC issuer (who I had for 7 years) and they said Payoneer did not send it. March 2nd - No Money. I trust my issuer because I got a refund from Powweb hosting in three days flat. March 3rd - No Money.

Stop collecting interest on my money and send it back!
Payoneer - What's Up with that?
