what does it mean that it will protect your personal assets? so if your LLC company gets sued, then u lose ur business but not ur personal assets?

There are those vicious things out there called lawyers. If you live in North America, sooner or later someone's gonna sue you. Lawyers don't give a fuck. You could be on the ground dying, they will still gladly take a kick at you. Even if you've hit rock bottom, lawyers will try to get some more off you to make your life even more miserable. The key is to make sure you don't own anything. If you don't own shit, there is nothing they can take from you. Incorporate, don't own it under your name.Comment
