Well, I know I can't give them a set price before the girls even start working, cause lots of girls flake or won't make up the amount that I am paying out to get them. I have told a couple of them "We can split the 10% in a way you think is fair for both of us, but unless these girls work very hard or you have several, it won't be much $"
In your opinion, what would be a FAIR referral rate for people sending me models? Studio owners, how do you handle situations like this?
