I have had a number of people contact me lately, trying to refer girls to my studio, and they always ask me "what can you give me as a referral fee?" Well, I know I can't give them a set price before the girls even start working, cause lots of girls flake or won't make up the amount that I am paying out to get them. I have told a couple of them "We can split the 10% in a way you think is fair for both of us, but unless these girls work very hard or you have several, it won't be much $"
In your opinion, what would be a FAIR referral rate for people sending me models? Studio owners, how do you handle situations like this?

You own the studio and you take 10%? Are you models paid 1099 or W2? how the hell do you pay taxes?
