Funny you mention it. I was talking to an affiliate that is doing very well with us and he was telling me he hoped more affiliate programs would go mobile because this is where he gets most of his income.
He even mentioned sarcastically that he wished not as many webmasters were considering Mobile since he wants to continue getting the biggest part of the cake
But more and more webmasters are getting smarter, so are the affiliate programs.
