i know this is going to sound stupid, but give it a little time. i use screengrab! plugin for review type sites, and while grabbing the entire page and pasting into photoshop i find that if i give it a little time to do it's thing it will import a fullpage fine. i guess it just takes a little time to copy the entire page.
