BTW, one of my affiliates had her account suspended because one of her sales charged back after she received a payment... Verotel wanted her to pay the difference before they'd re-enable the account. Right!Comment

for those three years I didnt have a problem and they always paid on time. It gave people another option and another 10 sign ups a month for not doing any thing wasnt bad.This truly sucks someone must of not been doing their job. I have to figure.Comment

Hey I am in the same boat with Verotel!!! I stoped recieving payouts from them this year, shortly after I log into my admin and discover that some how I owe them Hundreds of dollars for an unpaid invoice!!!!
No thats not how it works, you guys process transactions for me and then you forward me the funds minus your fees.
I have telephoned them several times.... no call back, I have emailed them as well no response... Will be pulling their join buttons if I don't hear back from them today!
Starting to get fed up with the B.S. that is going on here. It is quite obvious that many companies are upside down with mal investment and this tanking global economy and are getting creative with their fundraising.

I just logged into my Verotel account, but I didn't see any announcements.
I do not offer an affiliate program through them however, so I guess this issue does not apply to me.
For the record, they've been pretty solid (for me) over the past few years, so this is not good. Hopefully they survive the fallout...Comment

Well I sent them a email to Sarah I guess she is our contact. Before they get a dime I need a full accounting of each transaction. We did $1300 and change with their direct debit and they are saying we owe $1089. So that means most of it never went thru and someone was asleep at the switch.Does this mean $1089 worth of memberships got free access to my product? I think their hours are 9:00 to 5:00 mon-fri - Central European Time.
They are 5 hours ahead of EST - so if you are on the east coast of the US like me (for example) you would have to call them between 4:00 am and noon. Roll those hours back 3 hours if you are on the west coast, etc.Comment

Thanks for pointing out the operating hours of Verotel, however I am already aware of them, I got thru to one person about a month ago who took my name, number, and info and said he could not answer questions about "unpaid invoices" and would have the appropiate department head return my call within 24 hours. Of course that call has yet to come.
Besides it shouldn't matter what there office hours are when you send multiple emails regarding this matter. Still No response. Well that settles it for me, bye bye verotel, let me go yank the join buttons.
I sincerely hope everyone gets the funds they are owed, but looking at adult processing history....Ibill,Paymonde,ecommerceglobal,etc. all I can say is best of luck!Comment
