                                          Most rep's have a very short term point of view. They think they're much smarter than the people who started the program and that with their charming smile and youthful body that they'll surely be able to sway millions of joins towards their new employer... and their new employer will surely be thrilled and pay them millions.

                                          Unfortunately most reps start, try, realize that this is a business that is not about the "quick buck" (yes i see the irony) and end up convincing themselves that their incredibly successful and wealthy employer is an idiot.
