No matter who we will be traficking with, you will be subjected and under the jurisdiction of Calif. Law.

It is important that you abide the laws provided in your own state. Ofcourse, there is the law on Corporation- laws on how to put up a company that will legitimize it.Side by side with the issue of Tax implication for the earnings that will be earned by the business, so on, so forth.

The long and short of it, regardless of who, what country you will be trafficking with, as long as your business is located in calif, you will be under their jurisdiction.

Unfortunately, I do not have a website. I do my business old style, am from the old school but, I try to keep up with the time. And guess what, first reco site to visit "GFY" nice site though.

Anyways, yes LLC would be a good way to organize your biz. I assume that you are planning this for the liability aspect. Am sure you know that this serves as a shield in your favor since this set up treats you and your company as 2 separate entities. Which means that any liability or legal problems you may encounter does not affect your own personnal assets. However, this is not full proof. You must remember that this shield can still be pierced depending on how good your opposing counsel presents his case.

I normally advice my client to try it out first without necessarily legalizing the biz. Alot of people are doing this biz via computer, I dont think you will have a problem if you operate for the meantime without permits and all.Except if am wrong and you intend to have on the on set 5 or more staff to work for you,in an office right in the heart of the business district.
