There aren't many that do the kind of $ action that she does. Seems like everyday theres another solo girl coming out.

Was it the fact that she does hardcore? Her team and jaYman?

Her personality? Her overall unique look and sex appeal?

What do you think it was that blew her site up so fast and gave her the household name in solo hardcore that she has?

Besides being the cool ass girl that she is in person I mean?

As affiliates, what did it for you? Why does she convert?

Definitely many factors. Jayman and his team did well, Raven is hot, etc etc. and there is also the "lightning in a bottle factor", just like facebook, myspace, youtube etc etc, its something you can't put your finger on, it just happens for one site and not for 1,000 others that try the same thing. Some would call it luck, or fate, destiny, chance, hard work, whatever, but it's like catching lightning in a bottle.. my 2 cents.

I think she was thinking long money from the start (Jay may have something to do with that) most girls think short money and don't put the effort in that Raven puts in. then top it off with the fact that she is sexy and has a great personality ... With solo girl sites, it's all about the people behind the site. In this case, Jayman and crew, they know what they're doing. You could've taken that exact same site and given it to someone else and it'd only be 1/10000th the size that it is right now.

solo anything is def a long money game from both sides standpoint and mindset. the program and the girl have to think long money and lots of hours of development.

I think it's the fact that there's hardcore thumbs on her tour promising juicier action, while most people promote her with softcore content... There aren't a lot of hot/cute solo girls who can promise that to the surfer.

I'm speaking 100% as an affiliate here, for I was an RR affiliate long before I was the JaYMan Cash affiliate rep.

To me, this is a chicken/egg situation. There is no doubt about the value of what Raven has behind her in terms of a team. (excluding myself from that statement). I know I'm prejudiced, but I was really hesitant about taking a job working for someone else, even if it was part time. But the rep of the people involved with the program is what swayed me. Imho, they are up there in the cream of this biz.

Raven is the other part of that equation. I got a MA pass to her site very early on, and I'm telling you that the girl interacts with her members. They adore her. She's lovely, but it is more than that. She very much is able to convey her personality to them, and they keep coming back for month after month for more.

I have the rebills to prove it. ;)

I think it was just a matter of the right girl being in the right hands at the right time.

JaymanCash did the same thing with Liz Vicious that I can see so far.. and a BIG part of it in my opinion is ample content available early on, especially for the gallery submitters, and SEO guys to start flooding the net. She was everywhere, and people wanted to see more.

I think part of it is the promotion and part of it is the girl. Some girls just have a look that guys like for some reason. If you notice the popular solo girls of all time, not many had that stereotypical Barbie look to them. They were all unique whether it be Raven, Tiffany Teen, Jordan Capri, Tawnee Stone, and so on.

Another thing you see with solo girls is that you can almost tell when a girl is about to explode on the scene. Some of the bigger affiliate sites start pushing them and it trickles on down to the smaller affiliates. I've always said that the best way to get a girl big is to buy spots immediately on some of the biggest solo girl/teen sites on the web. It might put you in the red for a little while, but it gets the name out there and it causes a trickle down effect to other affiliates. I know for a fact that when I started, the girls I promoted were always the ones featured on sites like PetiteTeenager, etc.

I'd go farther and say that I think you need to constantly add new content and new tools to affiliates. Surfers find a new girl and they'll constantly look for new material of her. If you keep slowly feeding new material, you'll build up a following for the girl.
