That's not a way to talk to customers..
BTW, I have had un-polite responses from this guy too.. I guess he has absolutely no idea how to talk to a customer.
Just know something Chris, customers have the power, NOT YOU.
If we decide to complain about your bad responses or no response at all, we can do it, and you CAN'T do anything.
If we decide to move on, and host with another company, WE CAN DO IT, and you CAN'T stop us from doing so. So, you need to learn that customers have the power, not you. Customers own you. From the smallest to the biggest.
Technically speaking, I can't complain about how my server has been working. Had no real problems on Pacific. But everytime I try to talk to "sales", I must deal for weaks for one simple change, and get un-polite responses from him. And that's something I really don't like. Things are simple.
