I was thinking of that, but my site charges a fee for seller to place an ad, so if I were to place classifieds everywhere for visitors to come,, who's going to pay for an ad when there are no other ads?Originally posted by ChrisBy placing small classified ads all over the world you will become rich!Comment

Hi spacedog,Originally posted by spacedogI have real estate listings website & have no clue how to get it going?
We're just in the early stages of building a real estate site as well and have been thinking about different ideas on how to get it launched. These types of sites are always a bitch to startup. We figure we'll offer free listings to private individuals but charge for "featured position" and charge real estate professionals to list. Another option is to allow anybody (private or professional) to have one free listing running at any time and charge for additional listings.I don't need no stinking sig.Comment

I wanted to do just that, but I am having a hard time trying to figure out the payment gateway so that I can allow the registered user to be able to post without paying.. I can set up a listing via admin under my own account, but, otherwise, it loses automation If I have to manually add listings..Originally posted by eadwebHi spacedog,

I am thinking of just selling the domain/site & script as a turnkey..Comment
