cliff notes:
directv contractors were supposed to be here today from 8-12
they pushed the appt back 3 times before finally moving it to tomorrow
i got two people at directv on the phone who did not seem to care about my pain and suffering and inconvenience and plans that I had to reschedule (fabricated, of course)
so I said cancel it and come get your crap
and all the sudden they were able to get me to someone who could give me 3 months free showtime and $100 credit on my account
I am angry consumer
