Be glad. Mine is 5:45-6:00 am. I didn't go to bed until 3:30 this morning and at 5:50 am I was staring at the clock trying to will myself back to sleep. I'm sure I'll feel like shit all day today.

I wake by 5:30 a.m everyday.
Does nor matter what time I go to bed.
It sucks I wish I could sleep in.

I don't, but my dog does. Every morning, within 10 minutes either side of 6am, he hits me around the head with a plushy toy until I wake up.

Yup, for the past few years, I've been waking up around the same time every day, so now... I just do it naturally, with or without an alarm clock.

When my bedtime is consistent, and my diet is consistent and work schedule is consistent. Basically when everything else is really regular, so is my wake time.

I'm the same way. I always wake up at 10am +- 5-10 minutes.

I've always been a night owl, and 10am is the perfect time for me to get up, still have most of the day, but get to feed my night owl tendencies by staying up late.

Yes but mine is set to 5pm which makes it pretty useless

Yes. It's called a dog. She wakes up between 7:30 and 8:30 regardless.

we have not had an alarm clock in years. During Summer we wake up about 6:30 and during winter about 9:30

before i go to bed, i check the time, then calculate 8 hours.. and i swear to god i wake up +/- 5 minutes of the 8 hour mark...
