um no. the point of drinking these sodas is they have things like aspartame in them. aspartame cannot be metabolized by human beings very well (into usable/storable energy) and so these sodas have little or no calories.

Diet coke tastes like it has more carbonation whereas Zero has a smoother taste closer to real coke. I wish there was a more definitive conclusion on aspartame, i hear so much from both sides.
