Nice but:
In my experience a good percentage of surfers is just to stupid to understand that not ALL links have a line underneeth. I know it looks nice but it confuses some surfers.
"then you will love the sexy natural blondes we have for you at A Lot of Models.com." will generate a few type ins for models.com
The yellow links don't stand out enough.

Remove the link at the top and put one at the bottom.
The links should be in BIGGER font and underlined for the dumb surfers like has been mentioned above.
There's too much descriptive text, most surfers won't bother reading half of it.Comment

I'd use bigger thumbnails. In my opinion 90% of signups are generated simply by good content, so the surfer actually doesn't care about your design/text/links. Just make sure that you have outstanding content, and also make sure that each visitor get's interested in your content. As soon as he starts clicking on your thumbs you've already made a big step towards a sale

Clean and nice, but the thumbs are a little overwhelming compares to the ad sell text... you chose too light of a link color, I think. Doubly so because you chose light orange and the images have a dark orangish tinge to them, so your sell text really washes out.
The layout is good, I would just darked the links up a bit to make them stand out more.Comment
