Well all i can say is 2hp has always been a stand-up guy towards me. The one time i did loan him money i was paid back, though it was nothing near
1.5k. I just have a feeling that something is being left out of the story here on either side.
If what you are saying is true, that you guys made a verbal agreement and now he refuses to pay because you can't proove that the deal was actually made, then i am saddened by this, i just find it hard to believe.
