hey you asked people to tell you i dont rly care, i was a fat ass for a while i topped 260 at one point.

but i am back in shape, lots of people have seen my pic. i was just fuckin with u cause you asked.

Believe me man, I've been doing it, my father died March 2005, 3 days after he turned 48 of a massive heart attack, killed him instantly, never thought anything of it, because he was a trucker, sat on his ass all day and ate steak and potatos. It was understanable, but it kind of scared me at how young he was and how he died, as I was bigger then him at the time, he was like 6'2 210lbs MAX, and I was 6'3 300lbs+ so I started losing weight and shit, eating healthier all because of that. Then last year my uncle (his little brother) died at 39 of the exact same thing, found out its a genetic thing in my family, as my dad's older sister had a heart attack and open heart surgery because of the same reason, only thing is, she didn't die.

Finding out that it's genetic and I could possibly die too unless I did something, I ramped shit up, now I'm 6'3 260lbs, and working on losing more, getting myself into shape, and other stuff. I don't want to die in my 40's like my dad. believe me, I know what you mean.

I can lose weight and make myself healthier, but I can't fix how ugly I am unless I wanna spend money, and I don't care to spend money to make myself eye candy for others, I'm happy with how I look, but I agree, the weight thing I'm working on.

Edit: by the way, those pictures he linked where taken the day we buried my uncle.

Might sound stupid but when I was losing weight, I used to picture my Mom having to be at my funeral. One of the biggest motivating factors I had.

You should get your hair cut though, the hair is the most important aspect of confidence. Feel good about your hair, and you will feel alot happier. Words of wisdom as passed on to me by my late grandmother.

I have to go to the gym right now and I'm already fucking exhausted. It'd be so much easier to be fat.
