Where do you find webcam girls?

Just out of curiosity if you want to start your own webcam affiliate program but you don't have your "own" webcam girls or don't want to recruit your "own" webcam girls - can you like "share" tehm with another program (or webcam studio or whatever it's called)?

How does that work?

Aliyah Love has some models working for her if you are looking for US models. A lot of models/studio lurk here. If you posted an email or ICQ I am sure you will get replies.

Nope, let's say that I decide to create my own webcam program and have my own affiliates but I don't want to have my own webcam girls, I want to use the girsl from a webcam studio and we split the $$$, how does that work .... and can it work this way at all

You pay the studio whatever you would have paid independent girls. Someone suggested 40% of the revenue generated by the girl. You give that to the studio for all of their girls. They split it up however they want.

I do a little recruiting of cam girls. If any programs need cam girls, let me know. I work on a rev share basis with reputable companies.

Glad I could help. I'm no pro but it is my understanding that most cam studio owners are going to care about traffic more than a higher payout. Maybe if you pay a much higher than usual percentage while your traffic is low they might work your network and another network at the same time (taking the better % from you when a customer comes and working the other network when you don't have enough customers).

no this isn't a good idea.. you would think it is and I thought it would be too..then I learned the hard way..strippers make BAD webcam models. I've gone thru about 30 of them. They end up quitting after the 1st day. waste of time, 100% of the time. ugh.

Strippers do make the worst cam girls that is true when I use to work in the clubs. Girls would ask then once they learn it's like having a regular job they quit. sometimes asking escorts it's the same thing.

You need a girl who knows very little about adult work. and someone who think they can be a model. those are the types who make good webcam models.
