If you are gonna get technical they are called 4 foot 4 banks and the camio is also called a ring light so guy in the begining you are also correct. Wow, all peeps here like to do is shut people down. The camios are very interesting to use but almost impossible if you are on manual iris, shutter and focus (unless you are on sticks, tripod) You are kinda stuck on auto iris but it does look so good. Great for stills too. I know alot of people who use the camio on a mono-pod for a clight which really defeats the purpose. Ring lights are super directional light sources that are non functional when you take them off the lens, they are actually very unflattering and clinical. Best bet is to use a small (8") single kino, the bulbs are much softer and are a much cleaner source if your off camera. Just an FYI for GFY
