something is very strange here - the police haven't contacted you yet? a car explosion doesn't seem like something that would be treated so lightly. you'd think they'd want to interview the owner of the car. police didn't come and collect any evidence. that very well could be a crime scene.
that would have killed you and others had it happened on a freeway.
