It is true, that you'd have to be very unlucky to get salmonella poisoning. But why take the risk when you don't have to? Not talking about reducing the protein content, that would just be fucking silly. I do not get shit from bodybuilding either, not sure why you would even make that leap - aside from perhaps due to this being based on smoothies. So no those recipes I speak of are not mostly body building recipes. I do not think I know any body building recipes.
Talking some very simple and fairly classical recipes such as caesar dressing, mayonnaise, carbonara sauce (not cooked to high enough temp), chocolate silk pie, most unbaked pies, cookie dough, mousse, and such.
