One time at my regular chinese food take out place, they forgot two quarts of appetizers and also gave one wrong entree.. I called them up to complain about that.. they took down my name, etc and said they'll take care of me next time I'm in..

Next time I go, I get my two sides I already paid for and they hooked me up with a pupu platter for four for free

Most places hook me up when I am nice.. but when I am nasty I never get shit but told to leave or a hangup, LOL
