fucking hate it - i keep promising myself that i am going to call head office and raise hell when it happens but i always forget about it.
ordered a big order from Popeye's Chicken on Super Bowl Sunday - made sure to ask them twice not to forget the hot sauce packets - well of course it came and all there was were packets of ketchup.
