Have you ever bought a template from Template Monster?

How did it go configuring the template you got?
Was the template a pain in the ass or easy to work with?
I want to get a flash template but I know 0 about working with flash so asking here before I buy.

I have and it was just ok. I suggest you pay a designer a bit more and get what you want exactly instead of having to modify a generic template.

I did buy once a flash template. It was okay, but could have been better structured. I guess it depend on the author.. But overall I did had a good experience.

Ho, and if you know 0 about flash... it won't be easy!

I was not happy with my purchase, ended up getting a refund. The design was so poorly coded. I was so mad.

This is often the case. But they do supply the photoshop file, so it's pretty easy for someone to code a new.

I did once for a friend...
The process was smooth, but the template was living hell to modify or fit in some script...

Why do you need flash template?
Google and Yahoo are not in flash so you don't need it either...

I have purchased a bunch from temp monster, and just figured out the basics with flash and was able to edit the flash file, the same with the PSD file...they give you some good instructions on their website. I want another templete, but now you need some of the newer versions of flash software to edit the files. My free connection for software disappeared. I also need a copy of expression web. I don't recommend an all flash template, they still load slow, and I have read that search engines have trouble indexing them. You might want to try a dynamic flash template where you just edit the text file and your good to go...so you don't need to edit with any software.
