They want you to offer their webmasters and incentive to use your services over anyone elses?
Would seem to me getting your site listed in the ARS reward store would be worth reducing the price considering the amount of potential custom you are going to get from one of the biggest affiliate programs.
It's commonly known as 'business sense' you offer someone a reduced rate in order to plug your services over anothers.

I did offer this:
10k $36 = $3.6 per 1k ARS price 3.45 then a ARS webmaster ordre 10k
25k $85.5= $3.42 per 1k ARS price 3,17 then a ARS webmaster ordre 25k
50k $150= $3 per 1k ARS price 2.75 then a ARS webmaster ordre 50k
100k $280= $2.8 per 1k ARS price 2.55 then a ARS webmaster ordre 100k
Over 150k $375 = $2.5 per 1k ARS price 2.25 then a ARS webmaster ordre 150k+
When ARS would make the 0.25$ per 1k, but they want me to eather raise my prices to 3.5$ per 1k or sell all my traffic to them for $2.55.
