It seems kinda odd asking a cooking-related question on GFY but what the hell, I've been hanging out here often lately so ... here's my question: Anyone know where you can buy bulk CITRIC ACID for food processing purposes (mozarrella / canning /etc)? Preferably online or from a chain that has stores in Southern California?

I can get it as low as .11 cents an ounce to a max of .19 cents an ounce for smallest container.Comment
