This needs replying to. These are the criteria. And please do not bother if you don't fill them.

You have to own a lot of the content exclusive and be able to prove it.
YOU MUST HAVE FULL 2257 DOCUMENTATION.

Just telling me your mate in the US shot it and he has the documents does not cut it.

Yes it has happened. I even had one guy tell me he did not want to run the site because it was illegal, but he wanted me to buy it.
