on a side note, you don't seem to be the sharpest knife in the drawer. What are you going to do? I can't even imagine the face of any judge if you try to tell him you want to sue someone because he's stealing the content you already stole. Are you going to beat the crap out of him? First you gotta find him, then he can sue you for some nice chunk of dosh while you spend some time with Bubba in jail. You know, posting on public boards threatening people... I can imagine a few more scenarios and none of them will be succesful. Plus, if he releases the script due to your own idiocy, are you going to try to sue hundreds of webmasters? or beat the crap out of all of them?
