More importantly I want to apologize for taking so long to remove the item, and for it's being online in the first place.
As the Director who is responsible for building and operating this site, it's my fault for not having automated procedures in place to correctly check descriptions and tags, and block potentially offensive media items.
I have the IP and verified e-mail address of the submitter. These will be reported by our corporate counsel. We have the name the person registered under, which will also be reported, though I hvae no idea if it's real or not. It is a real name, as in it's not simply "asdfasdf" or something.
Without giving out details that could hamper an investigation, the IP address is from Poland, the users name is likely polish, the e-mail address is with gmail. These are all traceable and all will be reported by our corporate counsel.
By the end of business today:
I will have keyword checking and blocking in place on title, description, tags, etc.
I will have a system in place that takes a media item off line if it is reported 5 or more times.
Our customer service reps (who are in house and online 24/7) will have access to remove items immediately. They will be able to monitor reports and respond.
Jace - thank you for trying so hard to contact me directly, and thank you to those who contacted customer service.
