I worked for a hospital in Miami and they have just as many illegals as Cali and they had their share of people not pay. Surprisingly, the mexicans paid for fear of getting deported. it was the whites and blacks from FLorida that did not.

I am not going to debate is there are more mexicans in Miami or los Angeles, however, the numbers of closed hospitals and the factual reasons provided state that it was illegals, and the unusual high cost of treating every single illegal that comes into LA for birth and or trauma or disease...
they closed over 14 hospitals while i lived in LA, and everytime they flashed the doctors on TV it was "illegals are causing this"
thats just 1 article, as i said, if you lived there during this and witnessed it, youd think otherwise...
