The shelter of the "artistic expression" umbrella is the last bastion of child pornographers everywhere, and is the logical area for them to turn to. But sometimes, some things are just wrong no matter what type of spin you put on it. Family pics of the kids in the backyard pool are one thing, but showing kids in the nude simply for it's own sake has no place online in my opinion, even if it is labelled as *artistic* in nature. The boundaries of art STOP when it infringes the rights of those that cannot defend themselves or make mature decisions about participation.

Oh, and any child pornographers that might be reading this.... go fuck yourselves. Assholes.

The thing that I wonder is how do these assholes get their hands on those nude pics. I'm sure that they have full rights to the pics on their sites in most cases, but the thing is that I'd NEVER let anyone take nude pics of my kids to post them on the net for a bunch of perverts to stare at them to whack off over.

I suppose that the parents probably see the $ signs and that overpowers what they think is wrong and right.

Nick I'm not sure but I think it is better if you get rid of the url in your post.

I think gfy doesn't allow urls to CP or possible cp.

I believe I read somewhere that parental permission to use an image does not extend into adulthood, at which time the former child (now adult) can sue the photographer.

if they do rock like some people say they should take it down in less than 24hours from now. I'm emailing them.

btw, candidhosting warned an idiot client they have when he was hotlinking one of my sites and in less than 10hours or something the guy had taken off all his hotlinks from me and some 100s other domains. Many thanks to candidhosting, i didnt expect so fast reaction.

That's bullshit Soul. I can write up something saying it's ok for me to kill a guy, cause it's self-defense. Now technically yes, if it is self-defense it's legal. However just cause I write up this fancy document, doesn't mean I'm telling the truth. I say what they are doing is illegal no matter what THEY say the laws actually say.
