I feel for you and your $$$ lost with iBill - just as I do for everyone else that got fucked! REALLY I DO!

However, if the guy left the company how could he help you? I know, I know you have emails and had phone calls and you feel fucked by him BUT if they guy left the company wtf COULD he do to help you after the fact?

First off they are part of the same company and After he spoke to me he didnt leave the next day. In fact is there a formal notice Charles is no longer with ibill. The acting with integrity isn't a on again off again thing.He could of told me we will give you your rebills, he had the power to do it. No he told me to sit tight it would be handled. Thats fucking slimey especially if he knew he was going out the door.
If that behavior is acceptable to you,then you must have integrity issues also . lol

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I think ITVN has a good product and FabianC has never lied to me as far as i know.

However, you have every right to go on this personal smear campaign. You lost a bunch of $ and i know you were fucked.

I know you don't think it means much, and I know you mean well and are trying to get people to become affiliates and such

but please remember this:

IBill fucked the entire industry over, and continues to do so to this day. So it does not matter if they own 100% or 1% of ITVN, the bottom line is that it is the pure principal of it all. Anything that Ibill owns or did own a part of, is trash and shit to everyone in this industry. No name change or revamping of the system will ever change that.

remember that, and please think of that every time you post. Anything Ibill was or is involved with, is garbage

As of June 30, 2006 we had only sold approximately 4,000 set-top boxes to customers and approximately 8,000 to distributors. No assurance can be given that we will ever have sufficient continuous subscribers or that we will generate revenues sufficient for us to become profitable.

As of June 30, 2006, we had stockholders' deficit of $18,725,667. Since its inception through June 30, 2006, ITVN has had a net loss from operations of $8,386,488. Despite the $2,500,000 we raised from the sale of the Variable Rate Secured Convertible Debentures and Warrants in June 2006, we currently have a limited amount of cash available that is not sufficient to fund our anticipated future operating needs beyond the third quarter of 2006.

XTV approached me awhile back about providing my content to them, and it genuinely seems like a good technology (although not without risk). However when I looked into the company, and saw at the time that iBill owned 20% (and iBill owes me over $20,000), I filed the contract they sent me until I had time to watch and see how they would perform.

Perhaps XVN should buy them out - they seem ripe for picking (is it worth the investment Evan?).
