And the sand at Grand Beach, although not quite smashing white but more of an off-white, is considered white sand, and is nearly as soft as talcum powder. It's one of the top beaches in the world for sand quality, but if you're going in swimming just pay attention to the health warnings for E Coli in the water. It's been bad at times in the last 5-10 years.
i remember them closing it down one year, thatd sure be fun heading out and then it is closed lol.

i am going to do some research around the area next few months and see how things turn out. nothing like a manitoba summer.
