Glad you asked. Can you hit me up?

The video part came out good but the sound part has a few dropouts. I was way too drunk and didn't notice the sound levels. So there are more than a few spots here and there where my VX dropped the sound when the sound on stage was so loud from the music. I guess the mic cancelled out. I can lay another track of music over it and it will be fine.

That was the wildest fucking wet t-shirt contest I ever filmed.

That sucks but the cams do have a short life, you should break down and get the 20d

btw if you have some shoots lined up b4 you get it fixed or replaced, I can let you borrow my 10d if you need it. The Len's and flash should interchange.

its very fucked back in the old film days you spent a grand on a camera, it was with you til you retired.

it's still very comparable

100,000 shots

that's about 4000 rolls of film

4000 rolls x price of film & developing = wow!

i used to shoot on 35mm film, i took a lot less shots back then

not to mention what a PITA scanning is.

Sell it on ebay, you would be suprised how much used cameras go for, even when you advertise it is having problems. On a side note, I am hearing good things about the Nikon D200 - also not to fond of the 20D except in bright, natural light. Pain in the ass in low light.

If you want the trusty D70s, I just picked up a second one on bestbuy.com for 899 - the whole outfit.

-check settings (sometimes accidental changes)
-meter sensor is dirty (most likely-- specially if you've been shooting in the sun all day... clean and check the ir sensors-- heat can screw it up)
