    How many if any of you are in Gilbert/Chandler?

    Looks like I'll be buying a pad out there in the next couple months. Advanced coffee planning?

      I'm in Gilbert close to Chandler, built a house out here and moved in last summer. Lots of growth and exciting changes going on in the area. Let me know if you need any help buying the home, my sister is a real estate agent. Now is a good time to buy as the market has softened and become a buyers market.
