all the guys who have over one mill euro's maybe not that many on this board but relly really many people in this biz and people foing all kind of shit.
I would say at least 1 million people have a money flow that would justify a buy of such a house.
Hey, you can stay in the guestroom for a few months if you want, I love this house I tink I am going for it.... not sure what the mortgage will be today .... nice place !!!

That's a very nice place! Love the private bar! An the attic, oh man! Well it seems reasonably priced for the house you get (way out of my league thought).
I like the indoor pool You really need an awful lot of money to have that.

i find it amusing over the years how my "dream-house" has continued to "downsize" especially when i put myself into the perspective of having to clean it myself , and i can already tell you the ceiling above the pool is going to be a bitch to clean!
sincerely ~ ..."does this house come with maintenance?"...

When you can afford 1.000.000 for a house, you can afford a cleaning lady that cost 15euro an hour
I started the topic in 2005 So they made it cheaper
Also when you buy a house, you have to pay an additional 10% for all kind of paper crap...
Andre
Hey andre, did you see the house ? it looks like crap from the outside, been there this morning... tomorrow I have an oppointment with the realestate agent... but my guess is that the pictures are a bit misleading I think this house is going to be for sale forever......
and by the way, the tax ("overdrachtsbelasting") is 6% and its only half a percent for the paperwork.

Yes overdrachtsbelasting...But I thought you also have to pay for the 'notaris' , afsluitprovisie etc...
Anyway even 6% is a lot from 1.000.000 When you bought it let me know...I like swimming
that's a splendid house!
but i guess that's too big..
