Adsense doesn't and like MaDalton said; some countries might not do it for legal reasons per country.
In Holland we cannot use words like; teen, teens, young, fucking, gay, slut, etc.
3 warnings and your account is closed/banned.
If you advertise a lot you get some account managers within google.
