Ok, slightly off topic but true story.

I knew this guy who pretened he developed a hearing problem. He pretened he was deaf whenever his girlfriend would talk to him and he did not want to listen. He pulled this off for months. She made him go to the doctors a couple of times. He went through a couple of hearing tests. Finally, the doctor tells her, 'I don't see anything wrong with him or anything that indicates that he is deaf'.

I really didn't believe the guy at first, but after I got to know the guy better and the story came up again I was like, 'dude, you really are a fucked up human being'.

Needless to say, after his doctor visits his relationship ended. Also, I haven't had any contact with this guy for quite some time now. He was a weird dude. Cool but weird. Definitely a loose cannon type.
